All data collected through this website is the sole property of DFVU doo and will not be disclosed to any third party other than the delivery/postal service for the purpose of sending the purchased products.
The collected data will be used solely to provide users with information related to their (intended) purchases.
We reserve the right to disclose any information if requested by law enforcement authorities, in cases where it is in our best interest to protect our rights, or when we are compelled by a court order, warrant, or ongoing police investigation.

We adhere to the latest and most stringent industry standards for security, collection, and transmission of information.
All critical and sensitive information, including credit card information, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we diligently follow the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

ONLINE SHOPPING

After placing an order, the user will receive an e-mail confirmation with details of the purchased products. The purchase contract between the company and the user is considered concluded when the user receives the order confirmation via e-mail.

Online orders can be canceled without any additional costs until the user receives notification that the order has been shipped (handed over to the delivery service). Requests to cancel orders must be sent via e-mail, with the subject “Order Cancellation.” The e-mail message should contain the user’s first and last name, as well as the order number . If the order is not canceled, the user agrees to the purchase.

We will prepare the products within the agreed time and ship them to the address provided by the user. The user will receive a notification via e-mail when the goods have been shipped. The order is considered completed upon receipt of payment.

The purchase process includes the following four steps:

Step 1: The user fills out the order form and selects the desired payment method.
Step 2: The user finalizes the purchase by placing an order.
Step 3: The user receives an order confirmation via e-mail.
Step 4: The package is shipped (handed over to the delivery person) within 24 hours on business days.

PRICES

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice and may change at any time. All prices are expressed in € and include applicable value added tax (VAT). The user is obliged to pay for the goods at the prices that were in force on the day of the order.

PROMOTIONS

The online store additionally offers discounts and other special offers, collectively known as “promotions”, which reduce the prices of individual products. Each promotion is valid for a certain (limited) period. The reduced price is valid only for purchases during the promotional period. Discounts and other special offers are generally not combined or added together. Promotions do not apply to products listed in the outlet/sale category.

When a discount code is used in the shopping cart before paying for the order, all discounts granted to the items to which they apply have already been applied to the final amount that the buyer has to pay.

GIFT VOUCHER

These general rules for handling gift vouchers regulate and define the basic terms and all issues related to the use of gift vouchers from the moment of their purchase until their redemption.

Individual terms used in these general rules have the following meaning:

A gift certificate is an identification document issued by an issuer for a fee, with unique identification features and equipped with special security elements that prove its authenticity. Gift certificates are value certificates that amount to a certain monetary amount expressed in monetary currency.
The authorized holder is the purchaser of the gift certificate.
Redemption of a gift certificate is a legal act by which the legal owner exercises the rights under the gift certificate from the issuer. Redemption of a gift certificate occurs when the issuer verifies the authenticity of the gift certificate and accepts delivery of the gift certificate by the authorized holder.
A point of sale is an online store website where gift certificates can be purchased.

The gift voucher can be purchased at the issuer’s point of sale according to the issuer’s terms and conditions published on the issuer’s website. The gift voucher can be used for purchases exceeding €50.00 according to the general terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase of the voucher. The validity of the gift voucher is 45 days. The issuer’s obligations, arising from these general rules and applicable legislation, in relation to the authorized gift voucher holder arise from the moment the authorized holder makes a purchase at the point of sale, i.e. pays the specified value of the gift voucher, and last until the voucher is used by the issuer, i.e. until the expiration of the validity of the gift voucher. The authorized holder can exercise the rights from the gift voucher by entering the identification data visible from the individual voucher into the form on the website of the point of sale specified on the voucher, provided that this gift voucher is not invalid or has not been redeemed, lost or stolen. When exercising the rights from the previous paragraph, the issuer will not check the material identification because it is assumed that the applicant of the voucher is also the legal owner of the gift voucher. The legal holder is obliged to keep the receipt proving the purchase of the gift voucher and is responsible for the safekeeping of the receipt and gift vouchers, in order to prevent their loss or theft to the greatest extent possible. Gift vouchers are issued in the name of the buyer and are not transferable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The values of gift vouchers are not added together when redeemed. The validity period of gift vouchers is determined by the conditions valid at the time of issuing the gift voucher. It is advisable to redeem the gift voucher during this time. All rights or claims arising from the gift voucher expire within the periods specified in the Code of Obligations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 83/2001, as amended), or in accordance with the issuer’s general business rules. The legal holder may redeem the gift voucher from the issuer only by presenting the gift voucher as payment for the goods. The gift voucher can be used in its entirety and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the value of individual goods is higher or if the authorized holder wishes to exercise additional rights not specified on the gift voucher, the authorized holder must pay the appropriate difference to the issuer of the gift voucher. If the authorized holder uses the voucher to purchase goods whose value is lower than the voucher value, the difference is lost. A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher or multiple gift vouchers.

Based on these general terms and conditions, the issuer of the relationship does not recognize providers of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution services as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the regulations in the field of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. In the event that the gift voucher is stolen, lost or destroyed, the authorized holder is not entitled to any refund or compensation in any form. When providing the service, the issuer’s terms and conditions apply exclusively. The provision of services is governed by the rules applicable to the issuer’s area and its own general terms and conditions. In the event that the issuer refuses to provide the service for the reasons stated above or due to non-compliance with the rules or contractual obligations, this is not discrimination.

By confirming the general terms and conditions in question, the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions of use of the gift voucher and the rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal and cash on delivery. All items remain the property of Gem Imports Ltd until full payment is received.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by the Croatian Post delivery service, and the costs are €5. For orders paid for on delivery, the delivery service charges an additional fee of €1.99. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering based on the selected delivery method, payment method and delivery location. Orders received on weekdays are shipped (handed over to the delivery service) within 24 hours. Delivery is usually completed within 2–4 business days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

Every user who makes a purchase on this website has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any specific reason. This right entitles the user to a full refund. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the user to send us the return package before the 14-day period expires. The user must inform us of their intention to return the products by sending us a notification by e-mail. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

The user has the right to a refund of the entire purchase price if the goods are returned undamaged and in their original and complete packaging. In the event of any damage to the goods, missing equipment, missing manuals or if the items contain clear signs of wear or use, Gem Imports Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund of the purchase price, in part or in full. We recommend that users insure the package when returning and carefully pack the items. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the goods are returned. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account. In case of prepayment, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. There are no cash refunds.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Refusal to receive the package does not constitute withdrawal from the sales contract, as it does not constitute an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal. The user is obliged to accept the package and pay the purchase price. If the user does not accept or pick up the package sent with the cash on delivery option within 15 days, it will be considered a unilateral and unannounced cancellation that does not terminate the contract. The user is responsible for covering the costs incurred, which include administrative costs, packaging, shipping and return shipping. An invoice in the amount of €25.00, excluding VAT, will be issued to the user for these costs. In case the bill is not paid, the case is then resolved by a request from an external company.

In cases of fraudulent orders, the IP address associated with the order will be sent for further investigation and processing due to misuse.

GUARANTEE

All products in our range are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the goods and can be claimed by submitting a copy of the original invoice.

Customers can claim a warranty for defective, damaged goods or goods that do not meet their expectations, as an exchange for a replacement product or a refund. To initiate a warranty claim, please reply to the order confirmation email or send us an email with the following information:

a description of the fault, accompanied by all relevant photo or video evidence;
order number and date of purchase.

For goods damaged during delivery, please additionally specify:

photo or video proof of original packaging;
Photo or video proof of damage to the received goods.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

physical damage caused by the user or external factors;
wear and tear as a result of normal use;
errors resulting from incorrect, inadequate or careless use.

Only warranty claims that meet all of the above conditions can be resolved positively. We will make every effort to resolve warranty claims as quickly as possible.

RISK ASSUMING

By voluntarily using the website, the user accepts to assume all associated risks. The company does not guarantee the operation and functionality of the website, nor does it guarantee that it is free from errors, viruses or malicious software. Furthermore, the company does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information published on the website. The company will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential damages, arising from the use of the website and/or the products available on it.

By purchasing products on the website, the user assumes responsibility for researching and complying with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws relating to the ownership, possession, carrying, transfer, transportation and use of the purchased goods. The user expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Gem Imports Ltd harmless from any claims arising directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation or use of the goods in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations.

Gem Imports Ltd reserves the right to change or modify products, materials, measurements, technical specifications, prices and availability thereof at any time.

COMMUNICATION

The Company provides customer support and additional information via email.

We will contact the user via telecommunications for the purpose of fulfilling the order unless the user expressly objects to this.
For commercial purposes, we may contact users if they have given their consent or if they have already made a purchase on the website. In such cases, the communication will be as follows:

Advertising messages will be clearly and unambiguously identified.
The sender will be clearly identifiable.
Different campaigns, promotions and marketing techniques will be clearly identified.
Each advertising message will contain an option to unsubscribe from further advertising, with instructions on how to do so.

By purchasing products or using the website, the user does not acquire any copyright, ownership rights or intellectual property rights in relation to the products and/or the website.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We strive to resolve disputes amicably. Users should send their complaints by e-mail. We will make a decision on the dispute within 6 business days.

In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the user has the right to initiate court proceedings. We do not participate in any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures. Payment terms for large orders

For larger orders, we reserve the right to require payment in advance. This applies in particular to purchases of larger quantities, custom-made products or other special arrangements. This requirement applies to all customers – both individuals and companies – and is introduced to protect stocks, ensure fair treatment of all customers and smooth business operations. Cash on delivery can be selected as a payment method for orders up to a maximum value of €150.
